I am very happy with my sessions with Philip, I think we managed to connect very well and he is someone who is not just a passive listener, but has a proactive approach and does not hesitate to challenge certain beliefs and ideas. This is exactly what I am looking for in a therapist and I would recommend Philip to anyone who is going through a rough period in life.
I have really appreciated Philips sessions and will be having more for sure! I felt comfortable and have learnt so much about myself and feel so much better in myself than i did before! Highly recommend
Philip really helped me understand areas of my life that needed addressing. He guided me to think about things in a different perspective which then helped me to develop the skills to tackle and address these areas when they occur. He is very supportive and will hold you accountable for your thoughts, actions and emotions which really helped me to deal with some of the tougher areas. I would highly recommend him to anyone who suspects they need counselling.
When I Initially signed up for Therapy with Philip , I though that's an expensive therapist (for me)! He starts with minimum 10 session. I was not at par intially but I still gave it a chance. I can tell it was the best decision. it had a such a huge impact on how think and deal with things. He is a good listener and it is easy to tell from his sessions that he has huge experience in this indutsry. I would definitely recommend him.
Philip really helped me in a time of my life where I was feeling a bit lost. He gave me guidance through asking me questions and trying to get me to think about my issues in new ways. It was an incredibly eye opening experience and I highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking counselling/direction.
Philip is kind, understanding and has a great way of really getting through the layers and helping you understand the root of things that are troubling you. He is definitly someone I would recommend as a great therapist.
My experience with Phil was that he was professional, intuitive and most importantly caring and extremely empathetic. He played a huge part in my support network as a counsellor and as friend having helped me grow the wings i needed. He listened at a time when I needed it. The best thing about his service is how straightforward he is, it made my experience all the better!

I spent several months with Philip, and whilst our time together felt short nearly a year later i’m still able to see a profound change to many areas of my life as a consequence of our sessions. Philip taught me how to ask myself the right questions when I couldn’t make sense of the patterns I was falling into. Personally suffering from anxiety and post-traumatic stress, Philip helped me gain a better understanding of my trigger points, how to handle flashbacks/disturbing thought. Ultimately, Philip helped me to make decisions about seeking professional help but I’ll certainly be back once life allows (covid) to continue our weekly sessions. Cannot recommend more!

Provides a good and very useful service. I’ve been to other therapists and this is by far the best so far.
Philip is a first class Psychotherapist. He allows you the space to talk through your problems, but listens very carefully to what you say. He then starts to challenge and question, to help to uncover the true source of your thoughts and feelings. He encourages action to help you deal properly with problems, rather than just sympathy to help you to live with them. I thoroughly recommend him.
Although it was during a tough time, COVID, was still able to help me get back into course with my life and sorting out problems which I faced internally! Many thanks, all the best
I have been working with Phil at Therapy in London for over a year for business coaching. Phil has provided an excellent service in that time. I have made steady progress with my personal and professional development, which is in no small part due to Phil’s patience and flexibility using different coaching styles and different (integrated) therapeutic approaches, in a safe and comfortable environment. He not only helped me identify and overcome that initial problem, but I have come to understand and explore more areas of my life which were hindering me and through working with Philip, I am able to implement lasting change which has changed my life for the better. Philip provides a friendly, safe and non-judgemental space unlike any other. After being sceptical of therapy and seeking a quick fix, two years later I still see Philip to maintain my general wellbeing and to continue to better myself without feeling pressured to stay. Philip offers no ‘quick fix’ solutions, only hard work, understanding and dedication to his clients.
What can I say about Phillip. I met him on the hardest time of my life. A time I was dealing with so much. Heartbreak, grief and much more personal problems. He was attentive since day one. Helped learn so much about myself, while he was clearing my brain with all the tangled thoughts I had my whole life. I saw him for the best part of three years and let me tell you the person that walked in has nothing to do with the person that walked out of his therapy room three years later.
I’ve been going to Philip for almost 6 months now and couldn’t recommend him enough. He instantly made me feel comfortable and put me at ease as soon as I walked through the door. Philip has helped me tremendously with both my professional and personal life. He’s given me small assignments to do between sessions which has really helped me moving forward, he’s even lent me some of his own books that he thought would help me. I initially contacted Phil after a particularly tough period in my life. I wanted to fix a certain issue and quickly move on. Phil not only helped me addressed the issue, but helped me tackle the bigger problems in my life that had lead me to that point. Our sessions expanded into a much broader look at my overall well-being and as a result I feel like a much happier and content version of myself. Phil has he a very practical approach, he gives exercises that help you keep a clear mindset in between sessions. Phil offers insights into human behaviour which really helped me understand that most of our day to day problems are commonplace and reactionary. I trust Phil, he is nonjudgmental and empathetic and I honestly feel like he cares about his clients and their wellbeing. I would highly recommend Phil if you are willing to dedicate the time to work on yourself. The best thing about Phil is his warm demeanour, even from the first session completely puts you as ease and you feel like you are speaking with a old friend.

I was very sceptical to begin with, as i’d never had therapy before. Philip provides a completely non judgemental environment where i could relax and be completely open. He has helped me manage, control and understand my emotions much better. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking help!

Philip has helped me with issues that I have had for many years that have stopped me from being the person I’m meant to me. After each of my visits I could feel myself becoming a stronger more grounded person. He gave me the tools to self help when little blips appeared before they could manifest themselves into bigger, negative thoughts and feelings.
