I am Philip Karahassan, founder of Therapy in London, psychotherapist and psychologist. I specialise in helping you realise real results in a short amount of time. We will work together to help you create permanent and lasting change in every aspect of your life. I will help you to be as authentic as possible with yourself and with the people in your life
My approach to therapy is to understand the origins of your habits and discover where your mental boundaries lie. Then, through discussion and exercises, we will create a fresh start for you so that you can go forward with a much clearer mindset.
You don’t need to have comprehensible ideas of what you want to find out or achieve through therapy—I will take the journey with you so that together we can find out what it is that you want to achieve.
I founded Therapy in London because I wanted to make talking counselling accessible to everyone. And this is how I approach my sessions. I want anyone to be able to understand the journey that they are on and the potential that they have.
I will work with you to remove the boundaries that you have put in your way and help you come to a full understanding of who you are.
My practice
Therapy in London, as a practice, is about tackling those obstacles that are in your way and helping you to discover who you are, what you want and how you can set and reach your goals successfully.
Through therapy, we will challenge your inner dialogue and change the way you think about your life as a whole. We will do this within a safe space where you will be able to re-evaluate your long-standing negative thought patterns and begin to see them in a different light.
