“As a therapist, I believe that, no matter how tough and painful life has been, we retain our ability to develop and grow stronger,” Ronja Damian.
I am an experienced, integrative therapist. I am person-centred and focus on supporting my clients with issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues and domestic abuse. As a therapist, I believe that we retain our ability to develop and grow stronger, no matter how challenging and painful life has been.
I aim to unlock your inner potential by exploring your past and present, your relationships with yourself and others, and what core beliefs you hold that might be limiting. The goal is to get you to a place of confidence and strength.
I have significant experience working in this way to support clients with a variety of different issues including depression, anxiety, relationship struggles and abuse. I have previously worked in a wide variety of ways ranging from short-term to long-term therapy. In terms of topics, I have experience supporting clients through Depression, Anxiety, Eating Disorders, Gender Identity Issues, Sexuality, Domestic Abuse, Childhood Trauma, Relationship Issues, Work Issues, and others.
