“I believe that we can only meet others and the world as deeply as we have met ourselves.” –Sara Allahverdi
I empower you not to ‘find’ yourself, but to return to your true authentic self.
As an integrative therapist, I focus on my clients’ needs and believe in their autonomy to find their own answers, whilst supporting them towards greater awareness of how their past may be affecting their present.
The greatest gift we can give ourselves is to meet our own self deeply. In a safe space, I support my clients to discover parts of themselves that they have been unaware of, and challenge what no longer serves them. This involves diving together into the depths of their thoughts, feelings and behaviours and shining light on why they see the world, people and their own selves in the way they do.
With greater self-awareness and new coping tools, you can identify your blockers and start using the strength within you. You can develop a stronger sense of self and hold onto that in the face of social pressure and expectation.
