
Separation from your partner, whether it be a long term, or short term relationship, can feel emotionally exhausting.
Wanting to find a partner is commonplace in the world and we do our best to take care of our emotions and well-being within that relationship. What causes separation?

- Manipulation and gaslighting
Reasoning aside, your separation is something that should be processed rather than brushed aside.
As phrases such as ‘Move on’ or ‘There are plenty more fish in the sea’ are thrown around, you can find yourself believing that you shouldn’t have to take the time to process your emotions and what the relationship meant to you.
