Video Calls
Therapy Online offers beneficial and discrete talking counselling via video chat or telephone. Luckily, we live in a world where your mental health doesn’t have to be limited to travel, location or pandemic restrictions. There is no need to feel like your life has to be put on hold.
Even as our lives slowly return to how they were before the pandemic, therapy online offers an alternative. This allows you to find the style of therapy that is right for you.
Online counselling is a way for you to understand your new role in this questioning time shadowed by the coronavirus. What I suggest is building a framework to relate to yourself and others. This will help you understand your emotions and use them to keep you buoyant.
Our councillors are able to provide weekly video sessions or calls. This will act as an outlet to deal with reframing self-isolation, anxiety and living with others in such close proximity.
Therapy online can be booked as they would normally either call me on 07786 440 737 or email Philip@therapyin.London. I am still offering a free 15-minute telephone consultation to ensure that I am the right counsellor for you.
This is a time when, more than ever, we need to ensure that we have support and guidance to make the right choices. This includes physically and mentally.
As you begin to adjust your entire life around the restrictions of your house or flat, I want to supply a safe space. One that you might not have thought you could have anymore. This will be somewhere that you can be yourself in a non-judgmental environment. It will also be a space where you can figure out a new path for your present and future.
Speak to you soon and stay safe.

I believe that even though many feel as if they should get back to ‘normal’ after experiencing several…

I read my Youtube comments, I was scared…
I recently filmed a video where I read my Youtube comments. I’ll admit, I was a little nervous to go through them, but the main reason for it was to let Youtube viewers know that I have been reading their comments. (more…)
Facebook Outage: We’re Ok…
It’s been a long time since I’ve written on the topic of technology and social media. Then comes the Facebook outage and I start to look into how the world has handled it. But I’m finding the angle of the topic has almost turned in on itself in recent years. To be honest, as a…
