Millennial therapist supporting individuals navigate modern life and feel more like themselves. Based in Marylebone & the City of London
I am going to help you by..
Understanding what’s driving your anxiety, overthinking or low mood. Learning how to quiet racing thoughts and stop second guessing yourself.
You might seem like you’re coping day to day going to work, replying to messages, getting things done, going out, meeting friends, posting on socials, acting like everything’s fine, but inside you feel on edge, flat, stuck in your head, or quietly exhausted.
Maybe you’re carrying a lot inside, even when nothing looks obviously wrong from the outside.
Perhaps you’re navigating the everyday challenges that come with millennial life and, for some, the added layer of culture and everything that comes with it, whether as an individual or within a couple.
If this sounds familiar, we can look more closely at what’s really going on, to notice what’s working, what isn’t, and what keeps repeating.
Many of the people I work with are used to holding things together, while feeling caught in the same internal loops.
Therapy gives you a space to make sense of what’s been building up, understand patterns from the past and present, understand yourself and your life a little better, and figure out what you actually need.
Making sense of what keeps pulling you back into the same place.
Building confidence in your decisions and help developing practical ways to handle everyday life and its challenges.
We will be working with both your challenges and your goals.
In our sessions we will...
There is not one set way I work. I use different approaches depending on what you need and what feels most helpful for you.
My work is influenced by person centred, psychodynamic and existential. I also use CBT and ACT for anxiety and overthinking. This helps us explore what really matters to you, while also understanding how past experiences may still be shaping the present.
Alongside reflection and exploration, I’ll also help you understand what’s happening in your mind and body, so things feel clearer and more manageable.
Therapy with me is collaborative. I’m actively involved in our work together, offering reflection, insight and practical ways of working, within a space that feels comfortable, easy to talk in, and allows you to be yourself, even when things feel messy or unclear.
You’ll always leave sessions with something useful to take into your week.
