Heal through human connection. I offer a space to explore, reflect and heal without needing to have it all figured out right away.

My favourite quote is...

"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate."

Carl Jung

I became a Therapist because..

I've always been the person people trust with their deepest secrets, so I aim for anyone to feel truly seen, without judgement.

Being Turkish, and having lived across different continents and cultures, I know what it feels like to sit between worlds.

It's given me a real gift for connecting with people from every background, including those navigating identity, culture, or family dynamics that don't fit neatly into one box.

In our sessions we will...

  • Create a space where you can slow down and simply be heard.

  • Deepen your self-understanding and work towards meaningful change, at a pace that feels right for you.

  • Explore what's happening in your body as well as your thoughts. Is it a tightness, a tingling, a colour, a texture?

  • Check in with each other to see what outlooks resonate with you.

  • Bring an understanding of different cultures and family dynamics, wherever that's part of your story.

My most impactful experience was..

People have trusted me with their deepest secrets for as long as I can remember.

Knowing they felt safe enough to do that has shaped who I am.

But the moment that changed everything was sitting in couples therapy with my husband. It was life-changing.

I remember thinking, 'I want to do this for other people.'

My favourite colour is...

Although this tends to change, orange and yellow make me happy these days, but green, pink, and blue are always there!

I'm currently reading..

For the second time...

I'm currently watching..

Shrinking. I love it!

Even though the therapist at the centre of it breaks almost every ethical rule in the book!

It's a brilliant (and very human) reflection on how much therapy has had to evolve.

I'm currently listening to...

Women's Health and Hormones.

It's such a brilliant podcast. It's given me a much deeper understanding of how our hormones and our emotional well-being are so closely connected, which shapes how I think about the people I work with too.
