Warm, collaborative and focused on your growth.

My favourite quote is...

'What we survive does not vanish - it reshapes us. Resilience is not erasure of the past, but the integration of its weight into a fuller, more grounded self'

I became a Therapist because..

of my personal and professional experience - for over 10 years I worked for a London-based NGO overseeeing culturally sensitive mental health and wellbeing projects focused on the intersections of gender, sexuality, race and migration experiences. I witnessed how vital it is to create spaces where people feel truly heard. I found myself not only creating and guiding projects, but also being with, listening to stories and providing guidance.

Over time I realised that these moments of connection reflected something essential about me: a natural inclination to listen deeply, hold space for others without judgement and help people uncover their own capacity for growth. My own life experience taught me how challenging it can be to navigate pain and uncertainty - but also how possible it is to heal, transform and move forward.

I am going to help you by..

being warm, attentive, and showing genuine care. I create a safe and welcoming space where you feel seen and understood, while adapting flexibly to your unique needs and pace. I don't work with 'cookie-cutter' approaches to therapy, but instead in a way that is flexible, collaborative and tailored to you. I view therapy as a co-created process, walking alongside my clients as we explore challenges, uncover strengths, and build new pathways for growth and healing that feel right for you.

In our sessions we will...

focus on the topics that feel most important to you. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a way that is safe and respectful. I’ll tailor our work to your needs, your personality and the nature of the work, and move at a pace that’s comfortable for you. There’s no right or wrong way to show up - this is a space free of judgment, where your voice and your goals guide the process.

My most impactful experience was..

working alongside a respected therapist who truly lived and breathed authenticity. She leaned fully into life’s ups and downs, meeting challenges with honesty and courage, while also embracing joy and meaning in everyday moments. Witnessing her ability to hold both struggle and gratitude deeply influenced my own approach to therapy, reminding me of the power of authenticity, resilience, and presence in the healing process.
