Warm, honest therapy — exploring the why, empowering the how.

My favourite quote is...

People are just as wonderful as sunsets if I can let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don’t find myself saying, “Soften the orange a little on the right hand corner, and put a bit more purple along the base, and use a little more pink in the cloud color.” I don’t do that. I don’t try to control a sunset. I watch it with awe as it unfolds.

My favourite colour is...

It has a quietly powerful effect on our physical and mental health — lowering heart rate and blood pressure, easing stress hormones, and reducing anxiety. It's also the colour our species perceives in the greatest variety of shades. There's something grounding in that.

I am going to help you by..

creating a space that feels entirely yours — safe, warm, and free from judgement — where you can show up exactly as you are.

I believe the heart of great therapy is the relationship we build together. I'm committed to being real and honest with you as we work side by side to uncover your strengths and help you find your voice.

Your journey is unique, so my support is adaptable. We can work in a person-centred way to explore the why behind your experiences, within a trauma-safe environment — or use solution-focused techniques to focus on the how of moving forward. Whether you need deep emotional processing or brief, goal-oriented sessions, I'm here to support your growth.

I'm currently listening to...

Music has always been my way of tapping into empathy and feeling grounded. Lately I've been returning to Bach's Chaconne, and it's become a powerful companion in my own growth. It creates space to go deep — helping me transform my relationship with the past into one of acceptance and warmth. I'd love to share it with you: Gidon Kremer performing Bach's Chaconne

In our sessions we will...

genuinely connect. I'm here to see the world through your eyes, meeting your experiences with curiosity rather than judgment. This is your journey — your priorities guide us every step of the way as we work toward the life you want to create.

Wondering if we'll be a good fit? Our first phone conversation is a chance for you to get a feel for my style and to explore whether my approach aligns with what you're looking for. I see therapy as a partnership, so we'll have regular check-ins to make sure you're getting exactly what you need — the first at session six, though my door is always open for your feedback.

I genuinely believe in your ability to grow, and that you are already doing your very best. If you have any questions about how I work, please feel free to text or email me — I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

I became a Therapist because..

of my own journey toward growth. It began with a simple but difficult realisation: I didn't have to do it alone. After years of shying away from my own vulnerability, I took the leap and asked for help. Being met with genuine support and compassion was a life-altering experience — it showed me the power of being truly seen and held. That gift is one I'm now honoured to offer my clients.
