its a safe compassionate space where you will be heard and changes will take place!

My favourite quote is...

“Forgive yourself for not knowing what you didn’t know before you learned it.”

I became a Therapist because..

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood and supported without judgement. I’m passionate about helping people make sense of their experiences, develop a deeper understanding of themselves and find healthier ways to navigate life’s challenges.

I also believe therapy is a space for learning and growth. By sharing knowledge and working collaboratively, we can explore new perspectives, build resilience and create meaningful change, at a pace that feels right for you.

I am going to help you by..

I will take the time to listen closely to your current difficulties and understand how they are affecting your day-to-day life. Together, we will identify two or three meaningful goals that you would like to work towards.

Using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) interventions, we will explore practical ways to help you move towards these goals and make changes that feel meaningful to you.

During our sessions, I will help you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and behaviours, and how these can influence one another. By developing this understanding, you can begin to recognise patterns, explore alternative perspectives and discover new ways of responding to life’s challenges.

Therapy is a collaborative journey of discovery. We will work together to deepen your understanding of yourself, build on your strengths and develop practical skills to support lasting change

In our sessions we will...

Understand What’s Keeping You Stuck

Sometimes, we know we want things to change, but we don’t always understand why we feel the way we do or why we keep finding ourselves in the same patterns.

That’s where our work together begins.

In our sessions, we’ll explore what you’re experiencing, when your difficulties began and how they may be affecting your everyday life, relationships and wellbeing.

Together, we’ll identify what matters most to you and set meaningful goals to guide our work.

Using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), we’ll explore the connection between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours to help you understand what may be keeping you stuck.

Our sessions are collaborative, practical and focused on you. I’ll introduce psychological ideas and strategies to help you challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, understand your beliefs and develop new ways of responding to life’s challenges.

This isn’t about changing who you are. It’s about understanding yourself better, recognising what isn’t working for you and learning how to move forward.

Your journey towards change starts with understanding.
